Office-to-Apartment Redevelopment – Wolverhampton
We supported the transformation of a former office building in Wolverhampton into spacious residential apartments, delivering high-quality subfloor preparation and screed installation across a 5415m² area.
Before screeding could begin, all existing glue adhesive had to be removed to ensure a successful and lasting installation.
Scope of Works:
Full removal of adhesive residue (available as an add-on service)
Installation of foam perimeter edging strip
Priming with Weber 4716 to enhance bonding and reduce absorbency
Supply and install of Weber 4150 floor screed at a uniform 5mm thickness
Thin yet durable finish, ideal for renovation projects
Self-smoothing for a perfect surface ready for final coverings
Fast-drying and walkable in a short time
Excellent bond strength and crack resistance
Compatible with most resilient and textile floor coverings
